All About Shane

Hi my name is Shane Lawton, born is Bristol but live in Glasgow.

I spent 7 years in the British Army, 1st Battalion the Grenadier Guards where I was a PTI2 and section commander. I then left and became a Royal Marines Commando where I served for a further 7 years. I am now a Royal Marines Reserve with the Glasgow unit.

I have been a qualified fitness professional now since 1998 and run my own Personal Training business in Glasgow City centre. I love cycling and when I can fit it in love to compete at Scottish and British national level, also I play Rugby for Glasgow East RFC first team in the RBS 4th division.
